run394 EPI1-EPI3 are three biological replicates (CTRL) and EPI4-EPI6 are the other 3 biological replicates (ColVI-Cre). I think the sequencing of another 6 samples call MC1-6 has also finish. If I am correct, could you include them in the analysis?
