The DE analysis was called as WT vs. KO. If needed, I can reverse this. The isoform ENSMUST00000113129 with the longer last exon (compared to ENSMUST00000113124) is the top2 sig. downregulated in the KO. As seen in the attached isoform expression plots, the isoform ENSMUST00000113124 with a shorter last exon is active in KO_2h_replicate_I, and the isoform ENSMUST00000124443 with the missing 2nd exon is active in KO_2h_replicate_II /data/images/proton/DKlab/mr/Polysomes/reads/stringtie/edgeRtranscriptsExpr-2h.csv "logFC" "logCPM" "PValue" "FDR" "KO_2h_replicate_I" "KO_2h_replicate_II" "WT_2h_replicate_I" "WT_2h_replicate_II" "ENSMUST00000113129" 9.90700958726807 6.89544959805351 1.53222109549677e-08 0.000294330479118356 0 0 156.198866739501 306.397384354918 "ENSMUST00000113124" -8.2009317882836 5.30880858869495 0.00379709052414529 1 141.262180531604 0 0 0 "ENSMUST00000124443" -4.57153737954121 4.31830861739617 0.0268269501877245 1 0 61.7740793706508 0 2.20429772917207
